Delivery Date
We Roast & Ship Our Coffee On Thursday Every Week. For subscription orders we ship on the first & third Thursdays of the month to ensure you receive a delivery of freshly roasted coffee over the weekend. For one-time orders we ship the coffee on Thursday of the following week or earlier when possible. For Bank Transfer orders we ship coffee the Thursday of the week following payment confirmation.
Exchange & Return
Due to the nature of the product we are unable to provide exchanges. However if you have a legitimate problem with our service we will gladly refund your donation. In some cases you may be asked to return the product so we can improve our processes. In this case we will also refund the cost of return shipping.
